Knowledge Infrastructure Program money hits Ontario, Canada

Published 5/31/2009

$2 billion from Canada's federal government is being targeted at creating a Knowledge Infrastructure Program to support health care, research, and education. $32 million of that is going to St. Clair College's Health Science Center in Windsor Essex. The health education infrastucture there stands to benefit substantially through laboratory expansions and learning space updates. The initiative is designed to create local jobs and serve as an economic boost.
