AGC Introduces Low-E Glass

Published 4/12/2009

AGC Flat Glass North America introduced Ti-AC 23™ Low-E Glass in April of 2009. Part of the Comfort Ti™ family of low-emissivity, energy-efficient glass products, Ti-AC 23™ Low-E Glass has a solar heat gain coefficient (SHGC) of 0.23 – the lowest level available in a high-performance product on a clear substrate. Because it blocks the heat and glare associated with high levels of sunlight while still allowing high levels of light transmittance, Ti-AC 23 Low-E Glass is ideal for commercial projects where energy efficiency and glare control are priorities. Ti-AC 23 maximizes solar control, light transmittance, and air conditioning efficiency while featuring a neutral aesthetic hue that complements many architectural designs.
