Self Regional Healthcare broke ground on a $23 million cancer center in October of 2009 in Greenwood, S.C. Consolidating the hospital’s cancer services in a single location, the 40,000-sf facility is slated for completion in summer of 2010. Designed by Freeman-White Architects of Charlotte, the center features a healing garden, a central atrium, and a patient learning area. The general contractor for the project is Rodgers Builders of Greenville.
