Baylor University Medical Center is planning to build the $350 million Charles A. Sammons Cancer Center in Dallas. Construction will begin on the 450,000-sf facility in 2010 with occupancy expected in 2011. Final completion is slated for 2013. The 10-story building will include 120 beds for inpatient care.
