University Health Care System will build a 72,000-sf medical complex in Aiken, S.C. Comprised of three buildings sited on 7.5 acres, the outpatient medical office facility is being designed by Erdman Co. The first phase of construction, a single-story, 17,000-sf building, is expected to break ground in 2009. University Health Care System is based in Augusta, Ga.
