Loma Linda University Medical Center Develops Murrieta Hospital

Loma Linda University Medical Center will partner with Physicians Hospital of Murrieta and developer Surgical Development Partners of Nashville to build a $300 million hospital in Murrieta, Calif. The 106-bed facility and two 120,000-sf medical office buildings will be physician owned. Construction is expected to begin in November of 2008 with completion by January of 2011. The hospital will accommodate general, acute care, and specialty services including obstetrics, pediatrics, cardiovascular, and emergency. The project will include six technology-rich surgical suites, robotic surgery, and an imaging center.
