Beth Israel Deaconess Expands Needham Campus

Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital is engaged in a $30 million expansion of its campus in Needham, Ma.  The 30,000-sf, two-story addition will house an expanded emergency room, MRI suite, and 24 private patient rooms. The project, which includes renovations to the existing hospital, was designed by Steffian Bradley Architects with Boston-based Suffolk Construction as general contractor. Construction began in March of 2008 with completion slated for fall of 2009.
