Duke University School of Medicine is planning to build a $35 million medical education facility in Durham, N.C. Housing instruction and clinical and basic research, the Education Center will include classrooms, lecture halls, offices, meeting rooms, and simulation laboratories for team-based learning programs. Additionally, Duke will build a $15 million facility for the McGovern-Davison Children’s Health Center consolidating inpatient and outpatient care for children and adolescents.
