Massachusetts College of Pharmacy Breaks Ground on Academic Facility

The Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences broke ground in late summer of 2007 on a six-story academic building in Boston. The 50,000-sf facility includes teaching labs, classrooms, faculty offices, a technology center, and a 230-seat auditorium. The building will house the School of Nursing, the School of Physician Assistant Studies, the Office of Institutional Advancement, and the Office of College Relations and Communications. Completion is slated for January of 2009. The project team is comprised of Boston-based architectural firm Perkins+Will and contractor Bond Brothers Inc. of Everett, Mass.
