Villanova, Pa.
Villanova University broke ground in April 2007 on its $32 million College of Nursing in Villanova, Pa. The 75,000-sf, three-story facility will house six labs, a 200-seat auditorium, a 200-seat lecture hall, a simulated nursing station, offices, and classrooms. The project will also include a center for nursing research and space for global health studies. The center is being designed by Baltimore-based architectural firm Richter Cornbrooks Gribble. Completion is expected in summer of 2008.
