Published 3/14/2007

Lewis & Clark Community College is constructing the $23 million Daisy and Roger P. Templin Nursing Building at the Godfrey, Ill., campus. Ground was broken on the 70,000-sf project in September of 2005 and completion is slated for August of 2007. The four-story facility will include two biology labs, two chemistry labs, six tiered classrooms, eight nursing labs, two certified nurse assistant labs, a learning assistant specialist lab, faculty offices, and a computer lab. Simulation technologies and manikins will enable students to experience a variety of different medical situations in a hospital environment.
