Published 1/8/2007

Everett Community College celebrated the grand opening of Whitehorse Hall, an 88,000-sf arts and sciences facility, in January of 2007. The $27-million building was designed by LMN Architects and built by Mortensen Construction. The three-story facility houses art classrooms and studios on the perimeter and science labs for chemistry, geological sciences, physics, and engineering in the interior. Additionally, Everett Community College is also planning to break ground as early as summer of 2007 on a $52-million, 100,000-sf undergraduate education center housing primarily classrooms; completion is expected in 2009.
