Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center Opens Outpatient Treatment Facility

Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center opened its new 85,000-sf outpatient cancer treatment center in Basking Ridge, N.J., in September of 2006. Designed by EwingCole of Philadelphia, the $72.5-million facility is sited on 26 acres of wooded land in the Mountain View Corporate Center and features the latest concepts in therapeutic design including extensive use of windows and natural light. The building houses approximately 100 employees and can accommodate 200 patient visits per day. The center could expand in the future to 162,000 sf.
