Richardson Regional Partners With UT Southwestern To Establish Comprehensive Cancer Center

Richardson Regional Medical Center is partnering with University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas to create a 50,000-sf comprehensive cancer center in Richardson, Texas. Sited on Richardson Regional’s George Bush/Renner Campus, the $20-million facility is slated for completion in late 2005. Providing advanced technologies for treating breast, prostate, lung, gastrointestinal, and head and neck cancers, the Richardson Regional Cancer Center-UT Southwestern Medical Center is part of a second campus that will include a 100,000-sf medical office facility, an ambulatory surgery center, a diagnostic center, and an urgent care center in its first phase.
