JP Morgan Chase Develops Westover Hills Call Center

Published 9/12/2002

JP Morgan Chase has begun work on a $20-million, 152,266-sf call center on its 35-acre Westover Hills campus. The new facility will provide office space for approximately 1300 employees of the bank's credit card operations department. Ground was broken on the three-story building in July 2002; construction is slated for completion in March of 2003. A curving covered walkway will link the facility to the bank's existing building on the site.

The call center is the second phase of the company's $43-million, multi-building project which will eventually accommodate 2,500 employees. The first building was completed in November 2001 and houses 900 credit card operations employees, a daycare center, a fitness center, and a cafeteria. Architecture, interior design, project management, and construction services for the project are being provided by WorkPlaceUSA.
