Centura Health Builds Parker Adventist Hospital

Centura Health has contracted Broomfield, Colo.-based Capstone Planning & Development to provide project cost controls and master schedules for the new Parker Adventist Hospital in Parker, Colo. The 200,000-sf, $55-million facility has a total project cost of $108-million and will combine the design and construction in a fast-track schedule. Capstone is working with HKS Architects of Dallas, Cator Ruma & Associates as mechanical/electrical engineer, and Kitchell Contractors of Louisville and GE Johnson Construction of Colorado Springs as joint venture general contractor for the project.
