George Mason University Develops Academic IV

George Mason University is building the $14.5-million Academic IV. The four-story classroom building will accommodate a total of 560 students in two lecture halls and two classrooms. Developed by Costello Construction of Columbia, the project is expected to reach completion by the end of January 2003. George Mason is also building the $24.9-million Liberty Square student housing development, a 500-bed project constructed by Dustin Construction of Gaithersburg, Md. Construction began in November 2001 and will be completed in fall of 2003.
