Integra Health Develops San Antonio Medical Condominiums

Integra Health of San Antonio is developing "professional condominiums" for the medical industry in two office parks in the city. The individual units, for sale rather than lease, will range in size from 4,000 sf to 6,000 sf. Phase one of the 15,000-sf Stone Oak Professional Condominiums project, located on 8.5-acres on the North Central side of the city, will reach completion by late summer 2003. The first phase of  the Villages of Bluffcreek development, sited on 10 acres of land on the city's Northwest side, will encompass between 12,000 sf to 24,000 sf slated for occupancy by the end of 2003. The ultimate scope of the North Central and Northwest projects could include up to 90,000 sf and 100,000 sf respectively, for a total investment of between $35- and $38-million. General contractor for the projects is Huffman Builders of Dallas.
