Northwestern University Builds Crowe Hall Addition

Northwestern   University is adding a new four-story office building to Mary Jane McMillen Crowe Hall. The $13,200,000 project includes 120 offices for WCAS departmental and faculty use, an interior courtyard, and a first floor lounge space.  Spanning the existing SE and SW wings of Kresge Hall, the addition will be built with the structural and building systems capacity to add a 5th floor in the future.  The project team consists of Chicago firms DeStefano + Partners (lead architect), Tishman Construction (construction manager), and Pepper Construction Company (general contractor).
