AOL is planning a 400,000-sf expansion on its 100-acre Loudon County campus in Dulles, Virginia. Plans for the two proposed buildings to function as "creative centers" will be submitted later in the year, pending completion of AOL's multibuilding expansion including a child care center and two office buildings. Similar in size to existing campus buildings, the creative centers are estimated to total 200,000-sf each and house up to 700 employees. The Dulles campus could support up to 500,000 sf of development in addition to current projects.
