Chevy Chase, Md.
Construction has begun on a new 750,000-sf headquarters for Chevy Chase Bank. The building will feature two 15-story towers on a four-story base, the 4,000-seat Roundhouse Theater and a 40,000-sf public plaza. Approximately 250,000 sf in the East Tower will be leased to corporate and retail tenants. Brennan Beer Gorman Monk/Architects & Interiors of Washington designed the building.
