Dublin, Calif.
Oracle Corp. is buying 12 acres in Dublin for a new campus that could accomodate up to 3,000 employees. The Redwood City-based software giant is paying $45.65 million for the site of its new 800,000-sf office near the Dublin/Pleasanton BART station.
