Plymouth Meeting, Mass.
A new 83,000-sf building in Plymouth Meeting will house the consolidated offices of Mellon Financial Corporation. Mellon will house many of its Montgomery County offices in 50,000 sf of the facility which is currently under construction by a Fox Cos. affiliate. Approximately 230 employees will be housed in the new building, named Mellon Gateway Center.
