Cambridge Seven Associates, Inc., and Michael Fieldman Architects are developing an overall site Master Plan for the Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) Boston Campus. The plan will provide a framework for further expansion and includes implementation of a new 640,000-sf ambulatory building and a 725-car underground garage over the next six years. Cambridge Seven Associates and Michael Fieldman Architects are responsible for the design, documentation and construction administration of the parking garage and the ambulatory care facility's shell and core, which will be constructed in two phases. This $200 million project involves phased new construction, demolition and re-construction of a portion of a significant local historic landmark, the Charles Street Jail, and the extension of MGH's services infrastructure. Completion is estimated between 2004 and 2007.
