Internet Security Systems Inc. has plans for a 240,000-sf corporate headquarters in the Central Perimeter area of Atlanta. A development by R.J. Griffin & Co. called Mount Vernon Place, scheduled to break ground in late 1999, will house approximately 1000 Internet Security employees in two five-story buildings slated for occupancy in November 2000. R.J. Griffin & Co., acting as project contractor, anticipates building a 60,000-sf addition for the company within three years. Internet Security specializes in security management and monitoring, detection, and response software.
