Keystone Mercy has outgrown its 200,000-sf build-to-suit headquarters currently under construction in Conshohocken, and will instead lease an additional building for its headquarters at the Airport Business Center in Lester, where most of its operations are housed.
Although the headquarters, planned in 1996, is adjacent to Mercy Health Corp., a related company, Keystone Mercy's employees have doubled since then. The Conshohocken facility will remain under construction by Keating Development Corp. of Bala Cynwyd, and is expected to be leased instead to several tenants by the end of 2000.
