Bill Fedun is Director of Workplace Experience for TruStage, a 3,300-employee financial services firm based in Madison Wisconsin – that used to be known as CUNA Mutual. Bill joined TruStage in 2018 as Senior Manager for Workplace Design, then in August of 2020 became the overall Director of Facilities... which he has translated to be, in fact, Director of Workplace Experience involving 1.4million square feet of office space for a 4,200-person workforce spread out across the country. Prior to joining TruStage 5 years ago, Bill worked for 14 years as an architect in the private sector design field helping a broad spectrum of clients in rethinking and revamping their workspaces. He received his Architectural training from the University of Cincinnati.
