Duncan McIlvaine currently serves as the Interim Assistant Vice President of Facilities and Director of Planning, Design and Construction at the Penn State University College of Medicine and Milton S Hershey Medical Center. His responsibilities include oversight of all major capital projects within Penn State's 5.2-million-square-foot Academic Medical Center, located in Hershey, PA. Prior to joining Penn State in 2019, he led complex multi-phased capital projects at Duke and Johns Hopkins University. Duncan is a registered architect in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
