Jennifer Hopping is the LLNL Campus Planner and Space & Site Planning Lead.
Jennifer provides technical leadership to the Space and Site Planning staff, guiding infrastructure planning activities and addressing facility-related issues through data analysis and collaboration with various stakeholders. She is a Subject Matter Expert on LLNL’s Site Development Plan and Office Space Utilization. Jennifer develops project plans to resolve site development issues and communicate strategies to executive management while ensuring compliance with relevant policies and practices.
Jennifer has nine years of experience at LLNL, where she has created planning tools that have greatly enhanced her department's capabilities. Before joining LLNL, she worked as a Strategic Site Planner at Sandia National Laboratories in California. During her nearly ten years at Sandia, she began as a business intern and progressed into her planning role while pursuing her education.
