Kevin Bell
Executive Director, Project Management
Kevin Bell is the Executive Director of Project Management in the UAB Heersink School of Medicine and has been with UAB for 17 years in various roles including project and facility management. Responsibilities include managing the School of Medicine Facilities team and overseeing space assignments, resolving space issues, and acting as project liaison for 1.8M square feet of office, wet lab, dry lab and clinical research space for 28 departments. Before joining the UAB team, he was estimator and project manager for a construction company working on healthcare and commercial projects in Nashville, Indianapolis, and Raleigh before settling back home in Birmingham, Alabama. He is married with 3 boys and 2 dogs.
