Dan Munnerley
Exec Director of Next Lab, Enterprise Technology
Dan has led digital transformation and innovation projects in higher education and the private sector. He authored a national curriculum for digital media in the UK, helped establish the first university campus for Emirati women in Dubai, and researched AR/VR in education as an Associate Professor. He has won awards for his work on future learning environments at universities including Canberra, James Cook, and Arizona State.
Currently, as Executive Director of Next Lab at ASU, Dan leads a team of creatives, technologists, and educators focused on making learning more inclusive and accessible. His research centers on future thinking, systems design, and using AI, game tech, and spatial computing to drive change.
