Smith, Sara | Tufts University

Sara Cassidy Smith is a Senior Campus Planner at Tufts University. Since joining Tufts in 2022, she has developed and led strategic planning for the hybrid and remote workplace, driving policy and planning efforts to attain space efficiencies across administrative campus spaces. She is also the lead planner for Tufts Athletics and Learning Spaces projects.
A Registered Architect, her career has always centered on planning and design for Higher Education. She worked on a variety of university master plans and campus building types as a consultant. Before coming to Tufts, Sara worked as a Senior Campus Planner at University of Massachusetts, Lowell.
