Natasha was born and raised in Reno, Nevada before moving to the Pacific Northwest for school. In 2018 she graduated with an MBA from the University of Washington, Seattle, while working full time for the then Seattle Cancer Care Alliance. Her entry into the Facilities world was through lease management, progressively taking on more responsibility. After the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance merged with Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in 2022 to become Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center, her role expanded to encompass operations, moves/adds/changes, environmental services, patient lodging, and space planning, all under the Real Estate umbrella. Recent projects are focused on designing and implementing new processes, policies, and best practices to find efficiencies after the merger, including the moves discussed in her presentation, transitioning our janitorial vendor in July 2024, and planning for the next round of moves to come in 2024 and 2025.
