Steven graduated in 2015 from Salem State University with a BS in Biology and started working at Massachusetts General Hospital in 2015 after graduation. He is the Continuous Improvement Program Coordinator and works by supporting frontline staff as well as leadership team members in lean initiatives, process improvement and programmatic enhancements. In 2020 he started working with the VOE-Network in a support capacity on committees and member services. He then took on the role of Strategic Marketing Consultant and then serving as Interim Executive Director working closer with committees to develop and execute enhanced network offerings. He has always had an interest in doing things the best way possible and a lifelong love for animals. Having the opportunity to do both these things has been amazing.
