Gerry Cronin is the Kaizen Promotion Office Manager at the MGH Center for Comparative Medicine.
MGH CCM has been a pioneer in the application of Lean Management in the global Animal Healthcare community and was instrumental in founding the Vivarium Operational Excellence Network, for which Gerry was Executive Director for 10 years. Gerry is working hard with Steven LaMacchia, Program and Innovation Coordinator to bring new and fresh adaptations in operational excellence to MGH after the pandemic. Gerry is also on the Board of Directors of the VOE-Network, The Association for Manufacturing Excellence and the WCTV Community Access TV.
