Carl Dieso joined the University of Cincinnati in 2015 as Director of Housing. Three years later he was named Executive Director of Housing, and then two years ago he became Assistant Vice President for Housing and Campus Services. All told, Carl has been working in the area of higher-education housing for over 20 years, starting in 2000 with a 5-year stint working for a private developer, builder, and manager of student housing complexes. The various job titles he has carried in his professional work reflect the reality that student housing is very much a part of a school’s campus services and business operations model, and its reputation in terms of student life and student success. He holds a Masters in Higher Education Administration from NYU.
